No. You should NOT be trading even from the other devices. If you continue, you will be locked and will have to pay the penalty of $30 to get unlocked.

Once the payment date hits for the start of your monthly payment cycle, and you decide to cancel your subscription, it will automatically cancel the payment from the following month. You are provided with the option to continue using the software till the last date of your monthly payment cycle. For example, you bought the subscription on the 3rd July, you have an option to cancel the subscription till the 2nd of August. You will not be refunded if you decide to cancel the subscription anytime in between from the 3rd of July till the 2nd of August.

No, the trade count only continues for the trades that are done without breaking the rules. Once the rules are broken, the trade count restarts.

If you traded from Mobile/Other Devices after getting Locked Out that means you BROKE ALL RULES. Should you decide to continue using the software, you are required to pay a $30 USD penalty to get unlocked from your Windows desktop/laptop. Once the payment is made, after 24 hours and/or the next chosen session, whichever comes first, your account will be unlocked to trade again.

We have mainly tested in on MT5. Please ensure to do your own research before you buy it.

We have tested it on Dominion markets and other brokers, and it worked perfectly fine. However, we do not guarantee that it will work with every single broker due to their own restrictions and regulations. Please feel free to do your own research.

The exe file is meant to open inside of MT5. It will not open on its own. Please follow the installation guide for detailed installation instructions.

We have designed it mainly for windows. However, we are getting the feedback that users are able to use it with Parallels and/or VMware Fusion but there are no guarantees.
